Need recent experience as a Senior Coder in core Java. Must be a highly developed programmer, knowledgeable and productive.   Ability to take specs and code without too much guidance or analysis. 7+ years of experience.

4-6-12 months to start

Understanding and applying functional and technical client specifications

Career experience preferred in transactional or eRetail or Order Management

Ability and experience in fast paced web development roles where quality coding and peer interactions are critical.

Work closely with matrixed teams in client-facing projects

MUST be able to explain and demonstrate experience coding from requirements and be confident in a fast paced technical environment.

Have strong written and oral communication skills

5+ years experience in: Object Oriented Development
Java Coding; J2EE Application Servers;
UNIX administration is also helpful
