Ability to write code (without looking it up) in MXML and Actionscript 3. Strong experience in PureMVC OR Cairngorm micro-architecture. Writing and creating custom Flash components in Flex Interacting with images Custom drawing or effects in Flex. Confident, thoughtful communication skills.
